Join us Monday of Holy Week, March 25, for a Taizé-style Service at 7pm

YOU ARE INVITED TO BEGIN HOLY WEEK with a quiet, prayerful contemplative service interspersed with Taizé Chants. We will gather in a spirit of prayer, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Join us for a service with a hundred flickering votive candles, chanting in four-part harmony, prayers, scripture reading, and icons. This service includes members of our Adult and Junior Choirs singing the Taizé chants and leading us in a meditative prayer service.

The Taizé community of Frace began in a response to the devastation and cruelty experienced during WW II. For over seventy years, it has been a place of prayer and song. Its mission is to teach and spread the spiritual disciplines of forgiveness and reconciliation. Each summer, 5,000 young adults gather each week to chant and pray with the Taizé Brothers. Learn more about them and hear their music at www.taize.fr/en
