Join us Monday of Holy Week, March 29, for a Taizé-style Service at 7:30pm

You are invited to begin Holy Week with a quiet, prayerful compline service interspersed with Taizé Chants. We will gather in a spirit of prayer, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Join us for a service with many flickering candles, chanting in four-part harmony, prayers, and scripture reading. This service includes our Adult Choir section leaders and members of our Adult and Junior Choirs singing the Taizé chants and leading us in a meditative prayer service.

About the Taizé community of France: It began in response to the devastation and cruelty of WW II. For over seventy years, it has been a place of prayer and song. Its mission is to teach and spread the spiritual disciplines of forgiveness and reconciliation. Each summer, 5,000 young adults gather each week to chant and pray with the Taizé Brothers.
