Join us Tuesday evening, March 26, at 7pm for the Stations of the Cross

Join us in the sanctuary for a traditional Stations of the Cross liturgy. In the medieval period, pilgrims traveled to Jerusalem to walk the final footsteps of Jesus from his arrest to his passion and death. Because it was not possible for everyone to make this pilgrimage, churches began to offer local pilgrimage liturgies which became known as the Way of the Cross. The holy sites of Jerusalem were replicated in “stations” around the church sanctuary. We will journey through these traditional fourteen stations with prayer, readings, and reflections.
